Target Mobile Coupon $3.00 off Womens Shorts

 

   If you have not already signed up for Targets Mobile Web Coupons you really should.  I get at least one every week that I really love and generally they text a list of 4-5 coupons.  This week there is one for $3.00 off any womens shorts.  Last week it was $2-$3 off ladies tops.  Anyhow they have some great high value coupons that you don't even need to use your ink or paper on.  Apparel coupons are great when you pair them with a sale or clearance.  I got a cute tank top for FREE last week using the mobile coupon.
