Quick Yummy Tip to Stretch Your Taco Meat

I love taco's and so do my hubby and kids.  I try to make them as healthy and inexpensive as possible.  The most expensive part of taco's is the meat.  A great way to stretch the buck is to use ground turkey as opposed to beef.  I typically save over $1.00 per pound doing this and even more is there is a markdown managers special on the turkey.  The other yummy way I stretch the meat dollar is by adding a half a can of refried beans to the meat mixture.  It is very tasty and easy.  I rarely pay more than .50 a can for refried beans and they are often free when I match a sale with a coupon.
