Delicious Inexpensive and Easy Meat Marinade

 
Are you into BBQ season yet?  I love grilling season.  If you are like me and stocked up big time on Wish Bone dressing last month at Target I have a tasty summer grilling idea for you.  I love to use Italian dressing(regular or creamy) as a chicken or pork marinade.  I think it works best if you tenderize the meat then pour on the marinade.  I buy my meat in bulk and find that if I tenderize the meat and put it into the marinade prior to freezing it absorbs well into the meat and tastes great when it is defrosted and put on the grill.  Having a freezer full of stuff prepared in advance makes throwing together a quick summer meal a cinch!
